Nay’s Yoga bring their own brand of Aerial Yoga to Port Eliot festival this year. A combination of traditional yoga poses, pilates and dance with the use of an aerial hammock, Nay’s aerial yoga defies gravity and allows you to perform various yoga poses in mid-air that may be difficult – or impossible – to do on the ground.
Designed for all ages from 12 up, and for all abilities with a full range of body movement this is a highly additive yoga practice and it is very common to feel floaty and blissful after your first session!
Its many physical benefits include increasing flexibility, healing back problems, improving balance, increasing strength and aiding digestion. It can even help improve your memory! Aerial Yoga can also help with many aspects of everyday life, including building confidence and overcoming fears. It brings out a light playful energy and revives the child within.
You’ll leave the sessions with beaming smiles and a spring in your step!
Classes will be taking place in the Larks Haven Healing Field under the gorgeous plane tree.
