In a beautiful and flowing hatha yoga practice, Jess North will use pure essential oils to enhance the class. As you move through asana (physical postures), pranayama (breathing practice) and a full body relaxation, your practice will be accompanied by wonderful aromas filling the air to help nourish, uplift and ground your mind, body and spirit.
Jess North lives and teaches in Cornwall. She has been practicing yoga for 15 years and sees it as a life long learning experience. After completing a British Wheel of Yoga teacher training qualification at the Mandala Yoga Ashram in Carmarthernshire in 2011, she continues to study and learn with immersions and teacher enhancement modules from master teachers Bridget Woods Kramer and Elena Brower.
