Ros Badger’s career as a knitwear designer started over 30 years ago when she finished her textile degree at Chelsea School of art. She has designed for numerous companies from Betty Jackson to Marks and Spencer. She has made bespoke hats for U2’s The Edge, did a stint as knitting expert on C4’s Big Breakfast TV, and is an occasional stylist for magazines and newspapers, including the Telegraph and The Sunday Times. Ros has written a number of successful knitting and craft books including: Homemade; Gorgeous things to make with love, co-authored with her close friend Elspeth Thompson (1962-2010), Hook Yarn and Crochet (Quadrille Publishing) and Simple Knitting (Mitchell Beazley).
