Kick back and take a moment away from the festival fun by immersing yourself in the Surrender Sanctuary – a specially created space for relaxation, mindfulness and meditation.  You can learn new techniques for relaxation from a range of specialists, or revisit something you’re already familiar with.  From Medicine Stories and Vision Boarding, to Spinal Awareness and Breathwork, there will be something new to try or somewhere further to go in your usual practice.
