Amanda Brown has been practicing yoga for over 30 years and has been fortunate to study with many excellent teachers. For more than 20 years she taught within the framework of BKS Iyengar as a qualified teacher but now calls her classes “Biodynamic” to reflect her changing, more creative approach. Her teaching is informed by her practice as a CranioSacral therapist and also by her longterm interest in feldenkrais and more recently, Continuum movement.
In addition to her Yoga workshops, Amanda will be hosting introductory meditation classes. Meditation is a practice of developing awareness – when we are aware, there is the possibility of choosing. When we know that we always have a choice at some level, then we taste freedom.
