Each session will aim to strengthen the entire body, and many of the movements are focused around core strength. Owner and founder of Pilates Hub®, Susan King is an instructor with a passion for Pilates, movement and health in general. Her Academic background includes a PGDip in Applied Sport & Exercise Science, and this drives the questioning inquisitive mind behind her practice and teaching. Her style goes from Classical to eclectic Contemporary depending on who she is teaching. She feels continually inspired by the system, that she feels is best described as ‘intelligent strength training’, and its ability to transform bodies. With over a decade of experience, she specialises in teaching small group apparatus class and 1:1 at Pilates Hub® in Truro.
