Sarah Mower is the godmother of the Wardrobe Department who leads a procession of new talents and design legends to Port Eliot.As chief critic of American Vogue.com, British Fashion Council Ambassador for Emerging Talent and trustee of the BFC Education Foundation, her mission is finding tomorrow’s stars. The Wardrobe Department programme brings people together, involves and inspires students and children, and has an unbroken record for showcasing young designers who are about to break into big careers, including Mary Katrantzou, Simone Rocha, Meadham Kirchhoff, Marques Almeida, Matty Bovan, Charles Jeffrey, Rottingdean Bazaar and Michael Halpern. Sarah lives with her family in London and was appointed MBE for Services to the Fashion Industry in 2011.
