Venue: Lark’s Haven.

Shake your body into its divine radiance, release all that is in the way of your perception of your true divine nature, your ‘SAT NAM,’ to a playlist of funky mantric music. A yoga dance session based on the powerful practice of Kundalini Yoga.

Steph Bailey is a Shakti Yoga-Dance and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She studied Theatre at Dartington College of Arts and at the Amsterdam Mime School where she also trained in martial arts, mime technique, yoga and contemporary dance. Chanting, dance and yoga form the core of her daily practice. The mission for her practice and teaching is to uncover and express the spark of infinite divinity and personal power within us all, through small steps (and sometimes giant leaps!) of self-love and care. Her sessions offer an array of tips, tricks and techniques to inspire people to make the changes they need to lead a more embodied life, with integrity.

Steph leads workshops and retreats locally (Totnes, Devon) and further afield and offers 1-1s in Kundalini Yoga, Shakti Bodies and Mantric Chanting. She also sings support vocals with Louise Parker & the Funkatronics.
