Nay’s Yoga are offering seven lucky people at a time the chance to experience the beautiful and unique practice of Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga. There will be 2 lessons a day to choose from, so book yours asap to avoid disappointment.
If you’ve never been on a paddleboard or if you’ve never done yoga, don’t worry! With a sequence incorporating light stretches and simple balancing techniques, Nay’s Yoga will guide you through the practice at a steady and relaxed pace.
If you like trying new things, being in and on the water, enjoying wide-open spaces and having the freedom to expand your yoga knowledge, you’ll love this unique outdoor practice. It’s an absolutely magical experience, one which everyone should try at least once in their life.
