Charlie and the Wideboys

From the ashes of the renowned Charlie and The Wideboys rock’n’roll band comes the reincarnated ….Wideboys.  An acoustic quartet, with honorary newcomer Lucy Forewood helping out with harmonies, singing Charlie Ainley’s English country songs with as much feeling as was previously generated by the full electric line-up.  Simon Fraser and Rick Worthy make a welcome return to the band to play Charlie’s lovely tunes on The Walled Garden Stage on Friday evening.
