Artist Ralph Steadman and writer Ceri Levy will be talking about their second book about the world of birds. Following on from the successful Extinct Boids, which focused on all the birds we have lost, Nextinction examines those birds that are critically endangered right now that could join the ranks of the extinct. These are the birds that we could still save. These gonzovationists will reveal just what they discovered on their travels and may show the odd film or two of Ralph at work creating birds. There will be an interactive quiz entitled Bird or Boid as well as an exhibition of some of Ralph’s creatures as well as a bird watching contest with a difference and a create your own boid competition. It should be a riot of plumage, colour and weirdness.
