Daniel de la Falaise was born 1970. The son of Alexis de la Falaise and Louisa Ogilvie, he was raised between rural Wales and the sophistication of Paris. He trained under Alberico Penati at Mark Birleys Harrys Bar in London Mayfair. Daniel is based in south west France where he keeps an extensive vegetable and herb garden for his work as a private chef to select international clients.
