Caught By The River line-up

Online nature, music and culture magazine Caught By The River are bringing their “antidote to indifference” back to their favourite spot beside the estuary at Port Eliot. Over one long weekend in July, the people behind the much loved website will bring the very best in nature, literature and rock’n’roll (and all points in between) to their stage on the banks of the River Tiddy from morning ’til the last person drops. 2014’s line up includes: Gruff Rhys, Chris Watson, Jimi Goodwin (Doves), Viv Albertine, Andrew Weatherall, Michael Smith, Richard Benson, Kurt Jackson, Ben Watt, Don Letts and many more (see below).

For the last eight years, Caught by the River has brought the great outdoors online. The website has featured contributions from the likes of (among many others) Robert Macfarlane, Chris Yates, Tracey Thorn and Bill Drummond. They have published two acclaimed collections of essays and are due to publish their first original work next year. This will be their fifth year at Port Eliot.
