Chip Off The Block believe they have created the perfect chip – triple cooked and blended with the finest Montgomery’s Cheese to create something truly spectacular.

The idea was born in 2013 when a couple of friends decided to combine their enthusiasm for producing fine produce in the fields of their farm with their love of going to festivals. They soon set out on a mission to create the ‘Worlds finest cheesy chip’ using the very best ingredients while maintaining a harmonious relationship with the environment.

Chip Off The Block uses multi award-winning Montgomery’s Cheddar and Ogleshield cheeses, coupled with hand-picked potatoes from their farm in the heart of Somerset.

The preparation process is a labour of love: they hand-cut the potatoes, triple cooking them for a thin, crisp, golden shell and a soft, delicate and fluffy center, before thoroughly mixing with excessive amounts of cheese for total perfection.
