Inspired by their travels of Southern India, they create their food using a blend of authentic ingredients while providing a twist to traditional Indian recipes. Dosas are a crispy Indian savoury pancake made from rice and lentils and Dosa Deli stuff theirs with a variety of tasty fillings. All of their produce is hand-made, and they roast and grind their own spice blends, and combine them with tasty Indian paneer and vegetables.
They are dedicated to producing exciting, innovative and seasonal vegetarian dishes, and all their food is naturally gluten free.
