Foraging Walks

With 6000 acres to roam, Port Eliot is the perfect place for foraging. You’ll find a cornucopia of nature’s very best with all sorts of treats growing wild.

Stuart Woodman of 7th Rise, the UK’s leading provider of wild experiences, will be joining us again this year. With an encyclopaedic knowledge of wild food, he’ll lead foraging walks where participants will gather the ingredients to make their dinner from nature’s cupboard. He’ll also be running a wild cocktail making masterclass.

Caroline Davery from The Fat Hen Wild Cookery School is a Port Eliot regular. She’ll be showing us how to make gourmet meals with foraged ingredients.

And herbalist Ruth Weaver will be exploring the benefits of herbal medicine and how nature can cure what ails us.
