Stewarding & litter picking at Port Eliot

We’re looking for some wonderful volunteers to help us keep things running smoothly during and after the festival. Stewarding and litter picking are great ways to enjoy the festival for free while also being part of something we think is really special. Help is needed with giving general information on the site/festival, selling tickets, helping with car parking, stewarding venues and of course litter picking.

We will need you to be available to work a total of 18 hours over the 5-day period (Thurs 27th – Monday 31st July) which is likely to be split into 3x 6hr shifts so there will be plenty of time for you to enjoy the festival. In return you will get a weekend ticket, access to crew camping, a chill out tent next to the campsite hub, with mobile charging points, showers, hot drinks, snacks, an exclusive T-shirt and some lovely people to work with.

When you apply, you will be asked to tell us a bit about you, your availability and to supply a referee. Once you have completed your application you will receive an email from [email protected] this is just to confirm that your application has been received. You will then hear from our Volunteer Liaison Manager within a fortnight of your application letting you know if you have been successful.

Once you have been accepted we will need you to pay a deposit to secure your place. This will be the price of a weekend ticket and will be refunded to you after the festival, providing you complete your shifts and behave appropriately. Please note there is a small non refundable booking fee.

Once on site, you will receive a detailed briefing to make sure you’re given all the information you need and we have some fantastic supervisors who will be on hand to support you at all times.
