As you know we’re very excited to have Hugh and the River Cottage Canteen team on board at the festival this year. And to celebrate, Hugh’s River Cottage Cookery School (near Axminster in Devon) are offering Port Eliot Festival goers a prize draw ticket to attend one of his amazing days at the school (worth £225).
There is a huge choice of courses including Bread, Fish Skills, Build & Bake, Preserving (to make those delicious summer fruit flavours last all year round!), Smoking & Curing and Butchery. All you need to do is sign up to the River Cottage newsletter and you’ll be automatically entered to win this wonderful prize.

River Cottage competition: Terms and Conditions
Entry into the prize draw is free and open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding co-workers of River Cottage, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion. There is one first prize for one person to Win a Day at the River Cottage Cookery School (worth up to £225). Dates of the course are subject to availability between Monday 4 October 2010 and Tuesday 1 March 2011. The winner’s name will be drawn at random and notified by email/phone by Monday 20 September 2010. The winner will be required to accept the prize within 7 days of notification. In the event of non-acceptance, we will re-draw and select a new winner (the same acceptance period will apply to the new winner).
