- Only customers holding a valid Ticket will be admitted to the festival. There are a limited number of Tickets (and different types of Tickets) and therefore purchase of Tickets is strictly subject to availability. Entry is only allowed from the date/time on tickets purchased. Early arrivals will not be admitted.
- The Festival reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject a ticket holder for behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance or annoyance, or for failure to comply with reasonable requests.
- The Festival reserves the right to change any published start or finish time, to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised programme and timings. Any published start and finish times of a performance at the Event are estimates only and are subject to change.
- Tickets are barcoded and each barcode is unique to the holder and only allows one person’s entry to the festival. No attempt should be made to reproduce or replicate these tickets. They will not gain access to the festival.
- Tickets purchased fraudulently will be voided and will not grant access to the festival.
- Tickets cannot be refunded under any circumstances (including illness or injury) or re-sold above face value. You may not re-sell or transfer a Ticket for commercial gain. If a Ticket is re-sold, transferred or advertised for profit or commercial gain or used for competitions, promotions or hospitality packages by anyone other than the Promoter, or an authorised sub-agent, it will be void and You will be refused entry to, or ejected from, the festival without refund.
- Tickets are scanned and exchanged for a wristband on site. Wristbands are non-interchangeable and should not be removed until after the festival.
- Tickets are sold in price tiers, the price and availability information of tickets due to the tiers is subject to change without notice.
- The Port Eliot Festival deposit ticket scheme enables a top tier adult weekend ticket to be paid in several instalments. After paying a deposit, the additional balance will be paid in three staggered instalments in March, April & May. These will come out of your bank account by automatic card payments (set up when you pay your deposit), without you manually having to pay them. You will receive a reminder by email a week before the payment comes out, and if for any reason payment can’t be taken on the day, you’ll receive an email with a link to pay. If it is not paid within 14 days, the deposit will be lost. You are responsible for keeping The Ticketsellers up to date with your card details and email address. Tickets will be valid for entry after the final payment has been made. Deposit payments are non-refundable.
- The Festival reserves the right to search ticket holders if there is cause or suspicion.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult onsite at all times onsite, anyone under 18yrs and unaccompanied will be refused entry.
- Ticket holders who look under 21 may be questioned and should bring personal identification. Bars operate a Challenge 21 policy and you may be refused service if you can’t prove your age when asked.
- Vehicles parked at owner’s risk.
- No animals (except assistance dogs) are allowed in the festival site/campsite.
- Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the festival and give permission to be featured in marketing and publicity materials.
