Luardos serve big, fresh, delicious burritos and nachos, all made from scratch in their pink Citroën van. Choose from slow-cooked cuts of meat such as carnitas, chipotle brisket, grilled chicken breast or take the vegetarian/vegan option. Each is served with braised black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pico, guacamole (made fresh every morning), lots of fresh coriander and three homemade hot sauces.
