Join Trish at the bonfire on Friday pm and Saturday am for a burst of activity. Trish MacCurrach will be brewing up something unusual in the pot and showing how easy it is to cook over a camp fire. You will discover how she fell in love with the Kotlich and outdoor cooking whilst living in Serbia, see how to use the enamel cooking kit and do some chopping and stiring if you want. You might even get some tasters. On Friday she will produce some family food, seaside grub, including vegetables, seafood and meat. On Saturday she will focus on breakfast over the fire, yummy things like American pancakes with maple syrup and bacon. Trish goes to several fairs a year demonstrating the joys of an Outdoor Kitchen. She also tries to grow her own vegetables, buy local food and forage when possible. Her ethos revolves around reconnecting with nature, family and community.
