With a roll call of A-list clients, leading fertility and pregnancy expert Zita West is the go to guru on the subject. As a practising midwife, acupuncturist and nutritional advisor, Zita has a loyal and sophisticated following amongst women trying to get pregnant and has helped thousands of couples over the years conceive naturally and through IVF using her unique approach.
This year’s Port Eliot festival will see Zita host an interactive, pop-up fertility clinic, discussing everything from trying for a baby, mind-set, nutrition lifestyle and IVF, through to egg freezing and fertility issues for single women. The sessions will give people the opportunity to ask questions and gain better understanding about what they can do to help themselves
Founder of ‘The Zita West Clinic’ – London’s leading clinic which combines cutting-edge medical science with complimentary therapies for effective fertility, she started her own holistic IVF clinic 4 years ago. Zita has been a practising midwife for 30 years, and her clinic in London has helped countless couples through fertility, IVF and pregnancy using an integrated approach.
Over the years, Zita has seen and helped thousands of couples conceive and looked after them throughout their pregnancies with her unique programme. She also produces the Zita West supplement product range of vitamins and minerals for fertility and pregnancy, developed by Zita herself, and is the author of eight books. Because of the demand for Zita’s services across the country, she also has a network of affiliated acupuncturists in the UK and Ireland, members of which have been trained in the ‘Zita West way’. This month she has launched a new range of children’s multivitamins with MyBaba founder Leonora Bamford
Zita is a regular contributor to television and radio and regularly talks at conferences about her holistic approaches to fertility and pregnancy.
