The festival site will be open for WEEKEND TICKET holders from 12 midday on Thursday 25th July until lunchtime on Monday 29th July.
FOOD AND DRINK: the festival offers a handpicked range of the best food and drink options offering breakfast, lunch and dinner.
FIRST AID: is available 24 hours a day throughout the festival (see map in the Festival Programme). Anti-mosquito sprays etc, can be bought in the Site Shop.
INFORMATION POINTS: There are two information points at the festival situated at the top and bottom of the site. These points will be selling the official festival programmes and will have large scale maps of the site for you to look at to help you find your bearings. Festival staff will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.
WELFARE: The Welfare tent is situated next to Medics next to the Park Stage. Open 24 hours, the team are on hand to support every kind of need that doesn’t require medical attention. Whether it’s lost property, a calm space out of the fray, concerns about getting home or finding friends our Welfare team are a professional, caring, experienced bunch and you’re very welcome to pop in.
LOST PROPERTY: This will be handled at the Welfare tent (see map). Please help your fellow festival goers by handing stuff in as they will be operating the service all weekend until midday on Monday. After they close then you can contact [email protected] in order to trace your items.
LITTER is horrible! Please help us to be as GREEN as possible. There are many bins around the site separately labelled recyclables and non-recyclables, please endeavour to use these.
ECOCUP The Festival is battling single use plastic onsite this year by introducing a reusable cup system at the bars. A one off fee of £1 is charged for your first cup. This covers the cost of manufacturing and printing the cups. You can then exchange your cup for a clean one every time you purchase a drink meaning you always have clean cup, but they are washed and reused rather than thrown away. When you’re finished you can keep the cup as a souvenir or drop it off at a bar if you don’t want to keep it. Please help support us to keep the estate clean and green with this system.
We are also encouraging you to bring a re-useable cup to reduce single use coffee cups which are not recyclable. You can purchase your own Festival cup from our Festival Shops or bring your own and use washing up stations at top and bottom of site.
TOILET facilities are available on site. For a luxury toilet experience, check out Loowatt, a waterless energy-generating toilet system, at two locations in the camping area and near the Bowling Green. Click here to purchase a Loowatt wristband. Limited supply.
WHEN YOU GO: Please be sensitive to the residents of the village when you leave and remember to Leave No Trace.
