Port Eliot is famed for its Flower and Fodder show and the array of internationally renowned chefs and cookery writers that come every year to give demos and talks (do check our line-up pages for the latest.)

But more than that, every year at Port Eliot we like to think that we offer some of the best food available at any festival site in the country.  

We always like to look to the West Country - and particularly to Cornwall - for our inspiration.  This year you'll be able to choose from a wider range of local food outlets than ever with the likes of The Oyster Shack (who are from Bigbury), the Rum and Crab Shack from St Ives, James Strawbridge (who's based not far from Fowey), and Falmouth's Pea Souk among many others.
