Bookings are now open for our new restaurant, The Lawn, which will sit right in front of the house serving breakfasts in the morning and long table suppers at night. The gist is simple: good times with your favourite people in the company of some of Port Eliot’s finest entertainers.
Long Table Suppers
Join us for a spectacular four course feast cooked by Freddy Bird, Executive Head Chef of the award-winning Lido Bristol restaurant and Thames Lido. The supper begins with a Regal Rogue aperitif, making its way through cured meats, a fish stew and slow-cooked lamb with Mediterranean trimmings, and culminating in roasted peaches and ice-cream. You’ll find the full menu here (yes, you get all of it!).
For the plant-based feasters the menu will feature imam bayildi, fire-cooked squash with ewe’s curd, pine nuts and wild oregano. Book yourself in - we’re expecting our two sittings a day to fill up quickly!
And can we entice you for breakfast?
The crowning glory of our breakfast menu is its bubble and squeak variations: with a choice of smoked streaky bacon, poached egg and slow-roast cherry tomatoes or hot smoked salmon, burnt lemon, crème fraîche and samphire, or thyme-roasted mushroom, creamed spinach and cavolo nero crisp. Mini breakfasts also available for the little ‘uns. We’ll keep a few spots back for the spontaneous amongst you, but we do recommend booking to avoid disappointment.
