Port Eliot has built its reputation for great food events on Cornwall’s unrivalled culinary heritage, with regular appearances from local heroes like Rick Stein and Nathan Outlaw. Over the years internationally renowned chefs and food practitioners have made culinary pilgrimages too, and we have hosted talks and demonstrations from the likes of Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Thomasina Miers, Russell Norman and the Hemsley Sisters.
This year sees a focus on intimate food demos with festival-goers enjoying an up-close-and-personal experience in Port Eliot’s centuries old Big Kitchen and at the Open Fire stage in front of the house.
As ever, there will be demos and talks from some of the most exciting names in contemporary food and drink.
