Jack Adair Bevan is an award-winning drinks and cocktail creator, writer, co-founder of The Ethicurean in Wrington and of their house Vermouth The Collector.

Awards for the restaurant came me thick and fast – it won The Observer Food Monthly’s ‘Best Ethical Restaurant’ in 2011. The Ethicurean Cookbook was published by Ebury in 2013 and the following year won the Gourmand World Cookbook Award for most sustainable cookbook. It was also runner up in the Guild of Food Writers awards. Jack is a regular drinks contributor for The Guardian Weekend Magazine, and has appeared in the The Times, Independent and the Telegraph. He was on the judging panel of the 2016 BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Awards and the 2016 Imbibe Awards.
