Escape the party for a while and head out into the woods to explore the tranquil trails of the Port Eliot estate with Mark Bullock, seasoned long distance runner, climber, boulderer, alpinist, blogger and journalist. Each morning there will be two guided run options, with a gentle warm-up and cool-down, and a Q&A session where you can have your running-related questions answered. Both runs are suitable for all, but the 3km loop will be at a more sedate pace, with regular stops.
Over the years Mark has entered and organised events and races such as The OMM, the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, and the brilliant ‘Race the Train’ in Tywyn (where he beat the train by 5 seconds!). His local National Park is Dartmoor where he’s completed the notorious ‘30miler’ running from North to South four times. He’s here on behalf of Jen and Sim Benson of wildrunning.net
