Wild Beer Tasting with Woodman’s Wild Ale

Stuart Woodman returns to the workshop barn again this year with more wild booze for festival goers to sample and enjoy. Following on from last year’s wild cocktail making masterclasses, this year sees a workshop focusing on the delights of beer.

Having recently set up his own experimental microbrewery Woodman’s Wild Ale in Ponsanooth, Cornwall, Stuart will be guiding workshop attendees through a tutored tasting of a selection of his highly-acclaimed seasonal wild beers. As a special release for Port Eliot 2017, Stuart has gathered ingredients from around the Estate to create a unique beer for the festival, one that captures a sense of time and place in liquid form.
