New seafood cookery course this April

After the resounding success of our seafood cookery day in October, we have decided to offer another great opportunity for you to come and visit Port Eliot House and gardens in all their spring splendour - whilst also honing your culinary expertise with top seafood chef, Chris Sherville.

Why not join us on Saturday 2nd April for a day of fish cooking in the splendid, restored Georgian kitchen and enjoy lunch in the stunning surrounds of the Round Room? Using the freshest local ingredients, learn how to cook some of the famous fish recipes from the Festival Seafood Bar and Restaurant run by Chris.

The day includes the delicious lunch in the beautiful Round Room (cooked by Chris), afternoon tea, and a tour of Port Eliot House and a chance to roam through the beautiful gardens in all of their spring glory. For any bona fide foodies - or those who simply love good food and interesting company - this is not to be missed.
