Caroline Davey is the owner of Fat Hen, The Wild Cookery School, in West Cornwall.
Caroline is a forager, cook, former ecological consultant and mum of 3. She set up Fat Hen, whilst on maternity leave in 2007, from her converted barns in West Cornwall.
Using her professional botanical knowledge, combined with her love of food and nature she runs courses in all aspects of foraging and cooking wild food.
In collaboration with Fat Hen’s chefs, Caroline offers a range of wild courses including foraging, seaweed cookery, fish & seafood cookery, game cookery, wild Italian cookery and wild food cookery for children.
