Traditional Thai Massage
Gary Bradley: 07901 515103/ [email protected]
This ancient and unique body therapy incorporates both yoga and acupressure techniques. With its flowing sequence of compressions, gentle rocking, deep stretching and lengthening of muscles, it opens tight end tense joints such as knees, ankles, wrists, hips, shoulders and neck. No oils or lotions are used, and the recipient remains fully clothed during treatments – which are performed on a comfortable floor mattress. Thai bodywork helps to regain the natural balance and flow of energy throughout your body. It works on both superficial and the deeper layers of muscles, ligaments, joints and connective tissue, helping to reduce tension, boost your general sense of wellbeing and vitality, improve circulatory, nervous, digestive and respiratory systems; and increase flexibility, suppleness, and toning of your body.

As well as being a traditional Thai therapist, Gary is also attuned as a Reiki Master.

Indian Head Massage
Ashen Gill - 07769 788100/ [email protected]
Ashen is a professional and caring practitioner offering Indian Head massage combined with natural healing energies. She says: “You’ll be transported into a safe, warm and blissful state of deep relaxation, whilst I gently work with your physical and auric bodies, bringing you peace, balance and alignment. Come and let go in my magical yurt”. A seated and clothed upper body treatment, Indian Head Massage works on the back, shoulders, neck, head and face, concentrating on all the major tensions in the body and acting as a stress management system for the whole body. Other benefits include improved concentration and circulation, improved immune system and increased self awareness, as well as relief from tension headaches, neck and shoulder tension, and anxiety and depression.

Reflexology, Kerelite Foot Massage, Aromatherapy, and Thai Massage
Samantha Miller: 07753 308553/ [email protected]

Sam has 15 years experience as a masseuse, and with her intuitive skills she can deliver a top treatment to suit your individual needs. This could consist of a relaxing soothing oil massage on the back or full body (good for knots and tension on shoulders); a Thai massage performed on a clothed body to loosen you up and relieve tension, which can be very deep (a bit like applied yoga); or a balancing reflexology session on the feet where all weaknesses in the body are strengthened. Sam can target specific problems (eg hormonal imbalances, IBS, aches and pains), and a choice or combination of the above is tailored to benefit the individual and healing energy when needed. Sam will help you decide on the day what may be best for you.
