Mik Artistik’s Ego Trip

Returning to the festival this year, the mightly Mik Artistik’s Ego Trip. Led by the titular Mik, they’re a strange and wonderful beast of a band juggling stand up, rock and performance art effortlessly… and even gettin’ funky with it.

It’s an incredibly daft, joyful and sometime poignant affair, as Mik tumbles around the stage spluttering lyrics, occasionally tripping over leads or sprinkling straws over the audience, while the elegant engine of Benson Walker on bass and Jonny Flockton on guitar hold down the melodies.

They’ve drawn wild and enthusiastic crowds at Glastonbury for the last five years as well as storming appearances here and at Latitude and Leeds Festival in the same period.
