Louise Carpenter

Louise Carpenter was born in 1970 in Essex. She is the author of An Unlikely Countess: Lily Budge and the 13th Earl of Galloway and Ida and Louise. Louise has also written for The Times Magazine, The Daily Telegraph Magazine and The Observer.
