Russell Norman is founder of the Polpo group, presenter of BBC2′s The Restaurant Man, author of Waterstone’s Book of the Year 2012 and, according to the London Evening Standard, “the most influential restaurateur of the last 10 years”. In a light-hearted 45 minutes he will talk about opening restaurants, dealing with complaints, food grammar, the language of menus and restaurant trends.
