Fat Hen is a wild food foraging and cooking school, run by professional forager, ecologist and cook, Caroline Davey, in the beautiful West Cornwall countryside. Caroline will be paying homage to the exciting and diverse treasures that can be found in our countryside, and showing us how they can be turned into an awe-inspiring gourmet feast for free.
