Thomasina Miers

Award-winning chef, writer and television presenter Tommi Miers will be bringing some Latin flair to this year’s festival. Since winning the BBC’s Masterchef competition in 2005, Tommi has written a number of cookbooks and starred in the Channel 4 shows The Wild Gourmets and A Cook’s Tour of Spain with Guy Grieve. More recently, she has opened the acclaimed Wahaca restaurants in London, which celebrate Mexican street food and culture.
