Neil Haydock is Executive Chef at the nationally acclaimed Hotel & Extreme Academy at Watergate Bay. Previously Executive Head Chef at the Jamie Oliver- inspired Fifteen Cornwall, Neil has also been Chef de Cuisine at Barbados’ celebrated Sandy Lane Hotel, and, prior to that, his London experience included Bluebird, Terence Conran’s prestigious Chelsea restaurant.
