Rose Prince is a food columnist on the Daily Telegraph, writes regularly for the Saturday Telegraph Magazine, and contributes to The Independent on Sunday, the Daily Mail and the Tablet. She’s the author of two acclaimed food books, The New English Kitchen and The New English Table. A regular contributor to BBC Radio 4′s Food Programme, The Today Programme and BBC news, Rose was also listed as one of Britain’s 30 most influential women by Vogue in 2009. An updated edition of her book, The Good Food Producers Guide, will be published later this year.
