Peter Gordon

Peter Gordon, the “godfather of fusion cuisine”, pushes the boundaries of where one national cuisine starts and another stops. When the New Zealand chef and author isn’t dashing back and forth between the north and south hemispheres, chasing perfection in his Auckland (Bellota and Dine by Peter Gordon) and London (The Providores and Tapa Room, and Kopapa) restaurants, he writes for Condé Nast and the Financial Times, develops new cookbooks, teaches his own twist on fusion cuisine, cooks on TV and has raised over £3.5 million for Leukemia charities on both sides of the globe. We look forward to watching him work his magic in the Big Kitchen at Port Eliot this year.
