Organic, hand-grown produce doesn’t come much better than Buttervilla Funky Leaves. They’ll be joining Fifteen Cornwall in the Big Kitchen to give a short talk and tasting on micro leaf and salad leaves, as well appearing at The Flower Show to demonstrate that flowers are not just pretty – some of them are good enough to eat too…

Buttervilla Funky Leaves HQ is set in a beautiful farmhouse with a B&B just a mile from St Germans on the beautiful Port Eliot estate. They produce salad leaves, vegetables and fruits for fine dining restaurants that are hand grown with much love and care using organic methods.

In this joint event, Sean O’Neill, Buttervilla’s flower and leaf guru and Neil Haydock, Executive chef of the Hotel at Watergate Bay (home to Fifteen Cornwall) will be at the festival to talk and taste edible flowers at the Port Eliot Flower Show in the Orangery.
